In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work - Evaluate and generate Korean language content for accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance. - Analyze Korean text and spoken material to ensure natural usage and idiomatic correctness. - Provide detailed feedback and linguistic annotations to enhance AI language understanding. - Translate and localize materials between Korean and English, prioritizing contextual meaning over literal translation. - Collaborate with project participants to refine data collection and annotation processes. - Contribute to the development of language guidelines and resources tailored for AI training purposes. - Participate in regular written and verbal communication to discuss progress, challenges, and best practices. Preferred Qualifications - Native or near-native proficiency in Korean and advanced English language skills. - Background in linguistics, translation, localization, or a related language field. - Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail in both languages. - Demonstrated experience working with language data or content review in a professional context. - Ability to provide constructive feedback and linguistic insight in a clear, collaborative manner. - Familiarity with language technology, digital content platforms, or AI-driven projects is a plus. - Strong intercultural awareness and sensitivity to nuances in Korean language usage.
