What You’ll Work On - Contribute to the design and development of fullstack systems powering core product workflows. - Build backend services and APIs with guidance, focusing on clean, maintainable code. - Develop user-facing features and interfaces that ship directly to real users. - Support data modeling efforts and learn best practices for database performance and scalability. - Collaborate with product and design teams to turn ideas into working features. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of engineering quality. - Help debug issues and learn how to maintain reliable production systems. - Grow your ability to make smart tradeoffs between speed and quality in a fast-paced environment. What We’re Looking For - Recent graduate (or graduating soon) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - Hands-on experience through internships, academic projects, or personal projects. - Solid fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript. - Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React (or similar). - Familiarity with backend development (Node.js). - Exposure to databases (PostgreSQL or similar) and general data modeling concepts. - Understanding of how APIs work and how applications communicate. - Curiosity, strong willingness to learn, and attention to detail. Nice to Have (Not Required) - Internship experience in software engineering. - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD basics, or deployment workflows. - Interest in AI, data-driven products, or modern system design. - Experience working on team projects or hackathons. Compensation & Benefits Notice The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $110,000 –$150,000 USD.
