Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities: - Transcribe and annotate Marathi audio recordings with high accuracy and consistency. - Review, proofread, and correct transcriptions to ensure clarity and precision. - Record new audio samples in native-level Marathi to enhance AI training data. - Collaborate with the customer's team and follow established workflows for speech data processing. - Apply domain-specific vocabulary and context to transcriptions as needed. - Utilize AI transcription tools and provide feedback on their effectiveness. - Uphold the highest standards of data confidentiality and information security throughout all processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Native-level proficiency in Marathi, both spoken and written. - Demonstrated experience in audio transcription and/or recording in a professional or creative context. - Strong familiarity with AI transcription tools and speech data processing. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proven ability to proofread, edit, and deliver consistently accurate transcripts. - Capacity for effective multilingual communication and collaboration in a remote setting. - Commitment to maintaining data privacy and confidentiality standards. Preferred Qualifications: - Background as an audio engineer, sound engineer, voice actor, or podcaster. - Familiarity with domain-specific vocabulary relevant to varied industries. - Prior experience working on AI training datasets or similar projects.
