# About SuperAnnotate
SuperAnnotate helps the world’s leading AI teams build responsible, next-generation models powered by high-quality human data. We’re a fast-growing Series B startup bridging the gap between advanced AI innovation and the data that drives it. Our global network of expert specialists, scalable managed operations, precise talent matching, and full project transparency ensure unmatched data quality at scale. Trusted by innovators like Databricks and ServiceNow - and backed by NVIDIA, Dell Technologies Capital, Databricks Ventures, Cox Enterprises, and Lionel Messi’s Play Time VC - SuperAnnotate is proud to be the top-ranked AI data company on G2 for multiple consecutive years, including 2025.
# About the team
SME Careers is our platform for recruiting, onboarding and paying the domain experts and annotators behind our AI projects. The team works across Dhaka, Armenia and the United States. Our Mirpur DOHS office in Dhaka is home to core engineering, workforce experience, forward-deployed engineering and part of project management. You'll be part of the Dhaka team, with hybrid and remote work supported. You'll report to a manager in San Francisco and work regularly with our teams in the US and Europe.
# The role
From the moment someone applies to SME Careers until they're paid for their work, you're the person they come to when something goes wrong. That might be a stuck application, a missing interview invite, a confusing guideline, lost platform access or a late payment. You fix it or route it to the right team, notice when the same problem keeps happening, and keep projects moving. The job will be contracted through our local partner in Bangladesh.
# What you'll do
- Help applicants and contractors at every stage, from application, assessment and onboarding through project work and payments, using Slack, Discord and our support tools.
- Resolve issues with Talent, Engineering, Finance and project leads. Escalate clearly when something needs a decision.
- Keep an eye on project progress and contractor capacity, and help reassign work when a project falls behind.
- Spot recurring problems and turn them into fixes: better FAQs, templates, SOPs or guideline updates.
- Keep issue tracking and handover notes clean so nothing slips between shifts.
# Your first weeks
You'll shadow the Dhaka team, learn our platform and project workflows, and start handling applicant and contractor questions on your own by week three or four.
# What you'll bring
- 1–3 years in support, community or operations, ideally at an AI data, tech or BPO company.
- Excellent written English. Most of your work is written communication with contractors around the world.
- Comfort managing several workstreams in spreadsheets and tools like Slack, Discord or Jira.
- A habit of noticing when something's off and chasing it until it's fixed.
- Nice to have: data annotation or QA experience, a basic understanding of LLMs, Python or advanced Sheets formulas.
# Schedule
We support projects around the clock. You'll work 5 days a week on a rotating roster that can include weekends and night shifts. Shifts are published in advance.
# Salary and benefits
- BDT 35,000–50,000 per month, based on skills and experience
- Two festival bonuses a year
- Performance-based incentives
- Group health insurance
- Earned leave encashment
- Yearly performance and salary review
- Learning and development support in AI operations
- Team events: Pahela Baishakh, Falgun, year-end, New Year and an annual outing
- Morning snacks at the office
# Why this role
You'll sit at the center of how SuperAnnotate recruits and supports its global expert workforce, and see up close how AI training data is produced for some of the most advanced AI teams in the world. People who do well here move into lead, talent or project operations roles.
# Equal Opportunity
We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. At SuperAnnotate diversity means to us making an effort to reflect the many experiences and identities of the outside world, and treating each other with fairness and without bias. Every day we foster an environment where people of all backgrounds not only belong, but excel to succeed as a company and grow together. We offer equal opportunity regardless of sex, sexual orientation, national origin, color, race, age, marital status, disability, gender identity, veterans and more.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
